A Bike Race, with a Vacation on the Side

Justyn competed in LOTOJA (a bike race that starts in Logan and ends at Teton Village in Jackson) this year on a relay team so we decided to make a little vacation out of it.  We spent a couple nights in Jackson Hole and did the Jackson thing and then went to Yellowstone.  It ended up being a pretty fun trip, except for the day Justyn had food poisoning and spent most the day in the hotel room :( At least it only lasted about 6 hours and then he was good!!

It's a bird, it's a plane...its a Stealth??

I was out doing some yard work one afternoon and I heard a super loud plane flying over, which isn't that out of the ordinary where we live.  But I happen to glance up and to my surprise there is a STEALTH flying over.  I was so shocked.  And then it flew over 3 more times!!  It was one of the coolest things I have ever seen!

 

A day at Kangaroo Zoo

We took the kiddos to Kangaroo Zoo to play and wear themselves out...and they did just that!  They had a blast running, jumping, bouncing, sliding, and mini golfing.  They did NOT want to leave and could have stayed there all day.

 

UTAH Football!

Football season is here!!  The season opener vs Pitt was a great game...exciting and close the whole way through.  We won so it was a perfect night :)

Skylee's Dance Recital

Skylee took a dance class from a girl in our Ward through the summer and they had a dance recital to show off the dances that they learned.  Skylee was so excited, and did great!

Skylee's 1st Soccer Game

We signed Skylee up for AYSO soccer and she seems to really like it. She wasn't excited for the BLUE uniforms, but at least her shoes are pink :)

 

Skylee's New Room

To make room for the new baby, we decided to re-decorate the extra bedroom in the basement for Skylee.  She was so excited...she got to pick the colors so of course her room ended up being pink and purple.  It turned out very cute though and she LOVES it!!!
