Trick or Treat!

We had our ward Halloween Party last night and Skylee got to go "Trunk or Treating". She had a blast walking around with daddy (more like leading daddy by the reigns) and after each car, she would sign "more, more, more". She loved wearing her Elmo costume too. She didn't want to take it off after the party.

I Love My Puppy!

Skylee loves Hurley so much...and Hurley is really good about all of the love that she gets from Skylee. Skylee can crawl all over her and Hurley just lays there. I think she likes all the attention that Skylee gives her.

Signing Time Live

We took Skylee to the Signing Time Live concert since Signing Time (or "Leah") is her all-time favorite show. She was so excited when we walked in and she heard the Signing Time music playing. She was dancing and jumping around in her seat. It was really cute. Then when she actually saw Leah and the other people from the show, she was even more excited and couldn't stop pointing at them. It was really fun to see her so excited and into the show. She even did some of the signs along with everyone. I must say it was a lot more fun than I expected. I wish we could have taken more pictures but as soon as the show started, you couldn't use cameras anymore.

Yay, Another Vacation!

We took our annual Fall trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. It was a lot colder than in previous years, and it was quite rainy and snowy but it was still a lot of fun. The fall colors were beautiful as always, and we saw lots of animals which Skylee loved. We really love it there this time of year and can't wait to go again next year!

Jackson Hole

Most of our trip was spent hanging out in Jackson shopping and relaxing. Skylee really liked all of the "stuffed" wildlife that are in a lot of the stores and restaurants. Skylee's favorite animal of the trip was the Buffalo so we found her a cute, little stuffed buffalo to bring home. She was so excited.

The Tetons and Yellowstone

We spent a day and drove through Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. It was cold and rainy/snowy but it was still fun. We haven't seen the Tetons with that much snow on them in a really long time and I don't know if we've ever been to Yellowstone with snow on the ground so it was a new experience. We didn't walk around and see many geysers due to the weather but we did see Old Faithful erupt, which Skylee thought was pretty neat. It ended up being a really fun day but by the end of the day we were all really tired of being in the car.

All the Animals

We saw a lot of animals as we traveled through Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Skylee loved seeing all of the animals and would get so excited every time we saw one. Then she would do the more sign until we found another one. I think she blew kisses to almost all of them that we saw. We ended up seeing lots of Buffalo (which Skylee loved to "moo" at) and Antelope, a couple of Moose, lots of birdies (the black crows in Yellowstone are huge) and a wolf which was really cool because it's really rare to see a wolf in Yellowstone. There aren't very many of them.

More Silly Skylee...

Just another picture of Skylee being silly. She decided to put Hurley's donut toys on her ankles and walk around with them. When she added the hat, it turned into quite the look. She really likes to entertain people and make them laugh.

Sunny California

Justyn had to go to Cali for business so Skylee and I decided to tag-along and make a little vacation out of it. It was only for 2 days but we had a lot of fun in that short amount of time. We went shopping at a really cool mall (that's what Skylee and I did while Justyn worked), went to the Dave Matthews Concert, and went to the Aquarium of the Pacific. Here we are at the Huntington Beach pier the first day we were there. We also saw the Goodyear blimp, which was kind of neat.

Dave Matthews Concert

We went to the Dave Matthews concert while we were in Cali and it was a blast. Skylee had so much fun dancing, clapping, screaming, and running around on the grass. She got mad every time there was a break in the music and started doing the "more" sign until Dave started playing again. I think she entertained all the people who were sitting around us.

No Clothes, Just Shoes!

Here is Skylee being silly in our hotel room. She would not let me put her clothes on so she ran around all morning like this. If she she would have gotten her way, this is what she would have worn all day. I asked her if she wanted clothes on and she said "Nooooo"!
