A Trip to the Farm

Skylee's pre-school took a field trip to a local Dairy Farm to learn about all the things that go on at a dairy farm and to feed carrots to the cows.  Of course feeding the cows was everyones favorite part :)

Kaisyn's New Room

Because of this baby that is on the way, everybody got new rooms.  Skylee got a brand new room downstairs and Kaisyn moved out of the baby room into Skylee's old room (painted and re-decorated of course)!  He was sooooo excited for his "big boy room" and to sleep in his new "big boy bed"!

 

A Day at the Zoo

After letting the whole summer slip by, we finally made it to the Zoo before it got too cold.  The kids loved it as always and we got to go with some good friends so that made it fun too!! Oh, and notice the bird wing hanging out of the tigers mouth.  We got to watch him in "attack mode"!  He seriously attacked and ate that poor bird right in front of us!  It was cool...but Skylee felt bad for the bird :)

 

The Dirty Dash

Justyn participated in Utah's 1st Dirty Dash.  It's a 6 mile team race/fun run held at Soldier Hollow.  It consisted of running through mud, muddy obstacles, and a giant water slide.  He had a blast...and was sooooo muddy by the end.

The Circus

We took the kids to the Barnum & Bailey Circus, which was pretty fun!  Skylee was more into it than Kaisyn, but he liked the animals and the motorcycles.  Other than that he was kind of bored.  It was almost 2 hours long though so that might have been part of the problem :)
